Online MLM: 4 convergences of opportunity

Is it just me, or is there a wave of unprecedented opportunity hitting us from at least four separate directions right now? One that will change Online MLM opportunities forever?
Some of this isn’t necessarily “new” stuff per se, but it does seem to be hitting a critical mass, and it all seems to be coming together for MLM, online business, attraction marketing and the law of attraction, and just the general state of the world.
Here is a breakdown of what I mean when I say a revolution in online MLM is upon us:
- Web 2.0 – this is of course the “online” part. Typically said to start around 2006, there seems to be a critical mass hitting now, and one that I’ve heard will carry on for the next 6 to 12 months in terms of the “low lying fruit” of getting quick search engine results. People don’t realize this, but Myspace got more traffic than Google in 2007, Facebook is approaching Google’s traffic, and Youtube has DOUBLE the traffic. There are so many different aspects to this to: from community publishing, to information sharing in all type of formats from articles, documents, pictures, audio, and video, to social networking sites, micro-blog sites, social book-marking, and of course good old fashion blogs.
- MLM – there is a movement toward “attraction marketing” where people are truly providing something of value to others in order to attract them into their business (or at least into a mutual beneficial relationship), rather than the old school “3 foot rule” that has destroyed the reputation of this industry. Not a “new” thing, but becoming more popular now.
- The Law of Attraction itself – Ever heard of “The Secret”? Of course you have! It is a phenomenon that has gained widespread reknown. This is not the blind, wishful thinking that some in the media have made it out to be, but there is truly something amazing and unknown happening here, based on the latent powers of the incredible human mind which lie in all of us. With the advent of “mind movies” now, technology has advanced us past the point of simple affirmations, so that we can more powerfully direct our subconscious mind.
- The world – Hmm, where to begin: exploding gas prices, record foreclosures, dangerously high food prices, environmental calamities, not to mention never-ending war, etc, etc…. People need security and income diversification now more than ever, and what better way to provide for themselves but by doing it at home, being their own boss, and creating an income by helping others?
There are unprecedented challenges facing us, but unprecendented opportunities as well. It has never been easier to network, meet other people, and help others while increasing your own income.
