Section 10: Great Idea #1 - Product Reviews
A GREAT way to use video for your site is for product reviews. As with many things we are doing, this serves many purposes.
First, as mentioned already, you likely have alot of learning to do. This website is a GREAT start, but it is by no means the only resource that you should use to learn. Since you need to buy some training programs anyway, why not take good notes as you learn from them, and make a short 2-5 minute product review video? If the program is good, let other people know that it is worth their time to learn.
If you are an affiliate for the program, you can even earn a commission for this. NOTE: Only recommend products, e-books, and software that you find WORTHWHILE and USEFUL. Your credibility is essential in maintaining a relationship with your visitors. Don’t ruin that for a few bucks by promoting something that isn’t good!
Second, you can help establish trust and credibility with your readers by referring them to quality products and services. Knowing what is useful and what isn’t ahead of time is very valuable. This is another way to extend value and help your visitors save precious time.
Lastly, this is again a great way to generate traffic. If 10 people watch a 10 second clip of a woman feeding an ostrich in the first 5 hours a video is posted (from 4am to 9am nonetheless!), imagine how many people are going to see a thoughtful, quality reveiw of a product or sevice posted by you! Again, the details for doing this properly to get traffic will be discussed in Section 2.

Congratulations! If you’ve followed along in Section 1, watched the tutorials, and put them to use, you now have the beginnings for a great website! You have your own simple style, a unique logo with your USP tagline (unique selling proposition), you have an autoreponder opt in set up to capture names and e-mails in order to build a relationship over time, you have autoresponder content ready to send out, you have a blog set up, you have great article content on your site, and you have some personal videos and recommendations via short "commercials" as well for products you like.
Now for the really fun part, generating tons of traffic to your site!
